Once you have selected the items you require you can review your shopping basket and send us your order using our secure online server. PAYMENT METHODS: We welcome the following credit cards for secure online transactions. By Check / Postal Orders: payable to Studio Beatz We regret that payment by cheque will delay delivery by up to 10 days to allow for clearance of funds. BY CASH : Sent by recorded delivery to us where upon receipt we mail your order immediately. Credit/Debit Cards: Credit, debit & charge cards are all accepted . However, we reserve the right to deliver only to the cardholders billing address. If you are requesting an alternative delivery address please state this on your order, along with your card registered address. You may be asked to provide us with proof of your address at anytime. If you refuse to provide us with this evidence, your order will be cancelled. This is to prevent credit card fraud. If you are using a credit card not belonging to yourself, you must give the cardholder's full name and address & tel no. We will then contact the cardholder to obtain approval. Use of stolen credit cards will result in the appropriate police/authority being notified and we do take court action in all cases. DELIVERY COSTS:
These charges are calculated by our Shopping cart upon Checkout. Delivery Times: UK orders...2-5 working days European orders...5-10 working days Australias...7-10 working days USA & Canada...7-10 working days Rest of World....7-10 working days All delivery dates given are only estimates. We are not responsible for any consequential losses you may suffer if the courier/postal service do not deliver on time for whatever reason. Parcel: All records are mailed in strong cardboard envelopes and are all sent by 1st class Recorded/ Special Delivery. All other orders are shipped in appropriate strong packaging. We advise you to ensure somebody be present at the delivery address since all items require a signature upon delivery. As soon as the goods are delivered and signed for they become your responsibility and no claim can be made for non-delivery. Shipping Charges: Will be calculated by our shopping basket automatically for online orders or we can quote by telephone when you order from our regular mail order service. If your order is returned to us undelivered/ NOT COLLECTED due to circumstances beyond our control you will be held responsible for all re-shipping costs. Where's My Parcel From Studio Beatz? If you do not receive your parcel please telephone +44 0844 8842 701 (mon-fri 11am-5pm) or send an email to info@studiobeatz.co.uk with subject "Undelivered Parcel?" along with your order id no, full name and date of order. RETURN PROCEDURES: Faulty & Damaged Goods: If goods arrive in a damaged/defective condition you must notify us within 7 days of date of delivery. We will then replace the item once it has been returned to us. faulty/damaged items or sent in error will be immediately replaced. If the goods are returned and found not to be defective and in full working order, they will be returned to you and you will then be charged for any administration and return carriage costs. It is essential that your order be returned in the original manufacturers packaging, complete with any accessories,sleeves, manuals or other documentation. Unwanted Items: We can only accept returns for unwanted items if they are returned in original condition, unspoilt. In this case we cannot refund any monies, an exchange or credit note will be issued for later use. Return Address: Please return the package to: Studio Beatz - 159 West Street - S1 Sheffield - UK with a covering letter explaining the reason for return and your requirements. There is no need to return the whole order if only one item is incorrect or faulty. Your Responsibility: We would remind you that once you have notified us of your desire to return an order there is a legal requirement for you to take good care of the goods. You must also return the goods to us at your cost to our returns department and we advise you to ensure the goods are adequately packaged and insured during their return journey. Exceptions: 1) Please note your right to cancel for a refund does not apply to vinyl/cd's/goods that were sent out sealed and have been opened. 2) Your right to return an order for a refund does not extend to customers who purchase from our store. You have the right to return goods ordered & collected from our store within seven working days for an exchange or credit note. Availability or Goods: All orders and special offers are subject to availability. We will inform you if an item is not in stock at the time when you place your order.
